Jūrasdzeņi

The camping ‘’Jūrasdzeņi’’ is located on the Baltic seacoast, where,from the Zaķupe river mouth begins the Vidzeme stony seacoast. Unofficialy it is known as the Tūja swimming place. The most characteristic objects are the old stone pier and the parking place just at the seacoast.

For those who want a peaceful relaxation, we offer two well-equipped apartaments as well as a bit basic wooden houses. The big apartment is equipped with 2 roooms, kitchen, bathroom and anteroom. In the rooms are 2 bunk beds and one single bed. The Windows are facing the western side where you can enjoy sunsets in the sea. The apartment can house 4 persons( additional places available). The smaller apartment consists of a larger room wich is conjoint with the kitchen, a smaller room, bathroom and anteroom. In the bigger room there are two retractable sofas, a wide counter with an pullout dinner table, fridge and stove. The rooms are for 4-5 persons. Both apartaments are 40-50 from the sea.

‘’Jūrasdzeņi’’ is popular among summer vacationers, anglers, as well as active tourists who like to go on hikes and excursions. The hiking routes reveal the diversity of the Vidzeme stony seacoast, the most visible cape Ķurmrags, the stony coasts, piers, the red cliffs and other interesting creations of nature.
